We always try to forecast and schedule all jobs as accurately as possible. Should delivery dates change, the client will be informed immediately.
Please ask for a quote, usually delivered with a few minutes of receipt (valid for 28 days) Remember, the cost for a decent survey can be a fraction
of a percent of the land value, yet can save a fortune in planning and design. A mere drop in the ocean, so to speak.

Whenever a client requests services of value no greater than 300,000 THB, we will issue an electronic quote, generated from our fixed pricing KP earth science quote engine. If
there are many components to the job spec, the quote will be constructed in a modular fashion giving the client the option to pick and chose from the list of services quoted for.
Please see our Conditions for further information, however the following information summarises our terms and conditions.
- All quotes are transparent, unit costed and valid for 28 days upon date of creation.
- Works will not commence without a written acceptance of a valid quote, verbal agreements will not be accepted.
- For services of greater value than 300,000 THB a written quote will be issued.
- Ad-hoc estimates will not be given under any circumstances.
- For survey works, a adjusted final balance will determine the total bill based upon actual surface are of land surveyed. This may be lower or higher than the original quote
(quick quote).
- For design work and site set out, a fixed fee per plot or road is give.
