4.
Upon completion of works and delivery of data and drawings the remaining 50% balance (or adjusted balance – 50% of quick quote*) plus VAT is immediately payable;

No data, drawings or related information will be released until the balance is settled in full or proof of payment is provided (email/fax copy of bank transfer for remote clients);
6.
We are not at liberty or obliged in any way to disclose our pricing strategy to any outside parties for competition reasons;
7.
All standard survey works are priced as a service and not charged hourly; we do not calculate our costs solely on time against task. Neither do we provide time bound job breakdowns (timesheets) to any
of our clients for survey or drawing work unless the service is being paid for on an hourly rate;**
8.
All land should be suitable for GPS and theodolyte surveying prior to the survey team arriving on site. For topographical surveys the land shall be considered walkable and safe***. For perimeter surveys,
the perimeter of the land shall be considered walkable and safe. For all GPS survey work a clear line of sight from ground to sky is required****;
9. If upon attending site with the intention of performing a GPS and theodolyte survey the land is not prepared as described in this document, a tape, compass and
clinometer (TCC) survey will be performed if the client wishes. A 25% surcharge per meter squared (surface area) will be applied due to extra time/manpower required to perform this
survey type, neither will KP Earth Science accept any liabilities for the accuracy of the survey;

If upon attending site with the intention of performing a GPS and theodolyte survey the land is not prepared as described in this document and the client does not wish to proceed with a TCC survey, then
a call out fee equal to that of 50% of the total cost of the works (i.e. the paid deposit) will be levied against the Client;
11.
KP Earth Science is not responsible to the storing of archive data in completed and signed off jobs. Storing either in electronic or paper format signed off jobs is the sole responsibility of the Client;
12.
If a consultant/surveying team must travel for more than three hours to arrive at or travel home from a job location then a 50 % hourly fee will be applied (rate per hour, per person) for all further
travel time for any single journey;
